Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and giving consent during intake, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from S&J Financial Solutions related to your program participation, including daily check-in reminders and missed check-in notices.

• Program description: Daily check-in reminders and program notifications for enrolled residents.
• Message frequency: Up to 2 messages per day.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you re-enroll.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below.
• Consent: Consent is optional and is not a condition of housing or program participation.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
